Is the phone fully functional?
- Yes: My phone will both send and receive a phone call. All the features on my phone are in full working order (camera, keyboard, software, touch screen & ports). I have removed or disabled my person lock code or password.
- No: One or more features on my phone are not working. My phone will not make or receive a call. User lock is activated.
Is the screen broken, damage or leaking?
- Yes: My phone screen/LCD is damaged scratched, cracked and/or leaking. My touch screen has dark shaded area or blotches. The display is no longer fully functional. The screen shows signs of leaking or bleeding.
- No: My phone screen/LCD has no scratches, dark shaded or blemished areas. The display is fully functional and working. There is no evidence of bleeding or leakage. My touch screen is fully functional.
Is there any liquid damage or corrosion?
- Yes: Look for the liquid indicator behind the battery. If the sticker is no longer white and has changed colors, then liquid damage has occurred and you must answer "yes" to the question.
- No: The liquid damage indicator behind the battery is white and no liquid damage is visible.
Is the hinge cracked?
- Yes: The hinge has visible cracks, damage or is separated. The hinge no longer functions correctly (for example: auto shut off feature, stop feature, latch, etc).
- No: The hinge functions correctly and shows no physical signs of damage.
Is the phone locked?
- No: Phone is able to send and receive calls and all features are working without the need to enter any unique code or password prior to use.
- Yes: Phone requires user to enter a unique code or password before sending and receiving calls or using other phone features (camera, keyboard, software). Typically a 4-digit numeric code of your choosing unless your phone permits the use of a longer password.
Is the computer fully functional?
Your computer is able to properly power on and stay on, and it is not overly noisy indicating a problem with the cooling fan motor. If you can answer to the affirmative to these points, then please select YES.
